4. Service Limitations

• The service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free.
• All football fields will be available for booking at your preferred time.
• Weather conditions will be suitable for play (outdoor fields).
• The facilities will meet all of your specific requirements or expectations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services temporarily or permanently at any time without prior notice.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific football field and timing of cancellation. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours may receive a partial refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are not eligible for a refund.

Specific cancellation terms will be provided during the booking process for each facility.
